83 yr M, with h/o Prostate CA (on hormonal Rx w/ undetectable PSA)
PMH significant for CLL on BM Bx 9 yrs back (no current treatment).
Now presents w/ fatigue, unexplained wt. loss & anorexia.
CT: extensive abd. LAD.
