Dr. Bhishak H. Kamat was born in Goa, India, and moved to the USA in 1990. He completed most of his education, including medical school, in Upstate New York. He pursued his radiology residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, followed by two fellowships: body imaging at Jefferson and nuclear medicine at Penn. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at Temple University Hospital, holding dual certification from the American Board of Nuclear Medicine and the American Board of Radiology.
