- If the age is 51 years or older
- Life membership is based on age at the time of life membership application.
- In-training members are not eligible for life membership.
- Proof of age will be necessary to process the life membership application.
- In-training members include residents, fellows, post-docs, graduate students or medical students.
- A document confirming in-training member status like a letter from the program director will be asked to be submitted if membership is accepted.
